FWRD The Label delivers nation-wide with Australia Express Registered Post. All orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or a public holiday.

Deliveries may take 1-5 business days. Please allow an additional 2 days for locations outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area.

International

Complimentary post for all orders over $300

$40 flat fee for all orders under $300

FWRD The Label delivers to most locations internationally with DHL Express.

Please be advised that international orders may require 1-5 business days of processing once your order is placed. Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery may take anywhere from 3-10 business days.

Please note that international shipments may incur customs or import duties, taxes or delays once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. At the time of purchase, we are unable to provide an estimate on what these additional charges may be.

Due to shipping restrictions, FWRD The Label is unable to ship to the following locations:

- Korea
- Algeria
- Iran
- Pakistan
- Syria
- Russia

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. Unfortunately, we do not offer an “Authority to Leave” option. Please note, we cannot deliver to Australian Post Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name.

Delays may occur for the following reasons, but are not limited to: sale periods, public holidays and items available for pre-order. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, a representative of FWRD The Label will contact you immediately.

Certain styles may be listed for pre-order to be made available as per the date on the item description. We do not take cancellations nor issue refunds on pre-orders. Any items ordered along with any pre-order items will be delivered as per our standard shipping terms and not held for later delivery.

Please check all order details carefully before placing your order. Supplying incorrect details may cause delays to your order and incur additional charges to which FWRD The Label accepts no responsibility.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact online@fwrdthelabel.com as soon as possible. Any order that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
